If you are in the DC area, we may be able to drive the piece to your home. If you will require shipping we can do our best to set you up with a freighter or pack your item for greyhound bus shipping. I'll do my best to exceed my packing timeframe, but cannot guarantee package tranist times. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and Customs if applicable. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
We try to send out our shipments either by USPS, or FEDEX, we check to see which carrier is most efficient, if you have any problem with delivery please make our shop aware within 24 hours of you taking delivery. Just about all items are insured, if your item is broken(example) in someway the shipping number is also your insurance number(in most cases). USPS/FEDEX need pictures of the item or items broken. These pictures help you in filing a claim.
