Within the UK, we use Royal Mail or a private company depending on the weight or size of the item. Outside the UK, we use Royal Mail Standard Airmail. For very heavy or large items we may not have included a cost but if you are interested in an item and there is no postage listed please convo us for a shipping cost. We ship twice a week. If you would like your parcel tracked please convo us and we can arrange this, there will be an additional charge for this service. We are also happy to combine postal charges for more than one purchase, simply contact us for a revised quote. We are keen to help our environment, so we try to use recycled boxes and bags for shipping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
