Ganesh, or Ganesha, is known as the 'remover of obstacles' and is one of Hinduism's best-known and most loved deities. He is also the patron of arts and sciences and the god of wisdom and intellect. Devotion of Ganesh extends to Buddhists and Jains.

This beautiful Ganesh pendant measures 48x19mm, (1 7/8"x 15/16"), including the bail. The bail has an inner diameter of 5mm and is not fixed. Features the 925 stamp on the reverse of the pendant.

**::: SHIPPING :::**

All orders are sent international airmail via Hongkong Post. Packages to *most* locations take between 10-21 business days. Orders often arrive sooner than this but this is the official estimate from the post office.

Please understand that, occasionally, there are factors beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, postal delays/strikes and, of course, the busy holiday season. Please also understand that goods can occasionally be held for some time at international Customs. In case of such a delay, please be patient. This really is beyond our control!

Please be considerate during the lead up to the Christmas holiday season and allow more time for your order to arrive. Inevitably, mail services are super-busy during this time and orders may take longer to be processed through their systems. If ordering during this time, it is advisable to include registered mail with your order (link below), and to allow for a longer time frame for delivery.

**::: CUSTOMS / DUTIES :::**

We cannot be held responsible for any Customs duties and taxes incurred in your country. These will be the responsibility of the purchaser. No invoice is included with the order unless requested. Invoices will be sent via email if required.


Goods can be shipped via registered airmail for an extra fee of US$2. This will give you a tracking number (provides only partial tracking in some countries including the US and Canada) and will require a signature upon receipt of goods. Goods do not arrive any sooner, however it does provide an extra measure of security. The listing for Registered Mail with tracking can be found here:

Please note that all orders with a value of US$40 or over will automatically include registered mail so there is no need to purchase. If your order is sent via registered mail, please be aware that this gives only partial tracking for some countries, (US and Canada included), showing when the order leaves Hong Kong.

Orders to some countries require registered mail as a matter of security and is already included in the shipping fees. Should you purchase this separately, the fee for registered mail (US$2) will be refunded to you.

In the event of a delay please contact us one calendar month after shipping so we can request a post office trace. Hongkong Post will contact the post office in the destination country to request information. It's a lengthy process, sometimes taking 6-8 weeks depending on the country. If the findings show that a package is lost, a replacement order or a full refund will be issued.


Speedpost (EMS) is available. If required, please contact us so we can quote you the cost and delivery estimates. The cost is dependent on weight and destination. It's an expensive option, but is fast and very safe.

If you have a company account with DHL or FedEx and wish to use it for your order, please contact us before purchasing.


All items are shipped to the address that appears on your invoice. If items are returned due to the incorrect address being given, shipping fees will need to be paid again by the purchaser. (If you have changed address, please be sure to update this information in ALL your accounts).

**::: RETURNS :::**

If a package is not claimed at its destination and is returned to us, we will let you know as soon as we receive it. You will be offered either a refund (less shipping costs) unless the items are trims and/or fabrics which have been cut to your specifications, or the package can be re-shipped. In this case the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want everyone to be happy with their order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to advise return of goods. The item(s) must then be returned in their original condition within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

It is advisable to send any returns via registered mail as you can then see when we receive the goods. Once received, we will issue a full refund less the cost of the shipping. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will need you to send clear photos of the damaged item. This is required by the post office for any claim.

Please note that cut ribbons, trim and fabrics cannot be returned unless faulty.


Additional policies


Some items are available for bulk or wholesale orders. If you require an item in bulk, please contact us for information on availability and pricing and we'll see what we can do. There is no discount for larger orders of fabric as the mark up is already quite small. However, other items may be eligible for a bulk order discount so please send a screen shot of your shopping cart and we can proceed from there.

**::: FABRIC SAMPLES :::**

We no longer send out fabric swatches as it often means cutting into a new yard just for the swatch. Where possible, we can arrange for a half yard of fabric to be purchased for US$4.50 with the basic shipping fee of US$3.50 (with an additional US$2.50 per each additional half yard).

If you would like to purchase a sample half yard, please contact us and we will create a custom listing for you. Please be aware that by the time you receive your fabric, any fabric you subsequently order may come from a new bolt and there may be slight colour variations. Occasionally a fabric can be discontinued.

**::: TRIMS & FABRICS :::**

All trims and fabrics come as one continuous length no matter how many yards you order.

We may have more rolls of trim or fabric in stock and the listing has not yet been updated. We can't always keep up with the changing stock and there may be more available. If you require more than is shown in the listing, please send a convo and we can check the stock for you.
