Antelope horn milkweed (Ascelpias asperula), is also known as spider milkweed and antelope horns milkweed. It is a hardy perennial that does well in sandy, gravely soil that drains quickly. Plant the seeds where they are to grow. The deep tap root develops very quickly, giving the plant its toughness. The plant height ranges from 8 - 24 inches. 10 seeds will cover 10 square feet. Full sunlight.
These seeds were harvested June, 2016 in Central Texas. These are native milkweed seeds.
This type of milkweed does require cold stratification before planting. Complete stratification instructions will be included with your seeds.
