I will be posting all my packages at a PostNL point here in The Netherlands.
If you want a track and trace code, please let me know before you purchase something, because the pricing of the shipping costs will be a lot higher for shipping outside of The Netherlands and isn't possible to all country's All the packages send in The Netherlands (that don't fit through the mailbox) will be send with a track and trace code.
I can not be held responsible for loss or damage to the packages after I have sent them. I am willing to help if something does go wrong.
Every order will be sent as soon as possible after purchase, without any further contact. Except a custom order or an order we already had contact about.
Returns & exchanges
If something goes wrong during the travel of the packages, please let me know, I will help to find a solution.
If something goes wrong after delivery, there's nothing I can do, because that's totally your responsibility.
If something isn't what you expected or it doesn't fit or something, please let me know, than we can discuss what to do next.
If you paid to much for shipping I will refund you the money if it is over €1,-.
