All orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that all molds are crafted once the orders are submitted, therefore processing time is required. Please let us know before you place your order if you require your order to be shipped out in less time stated in our policy.

All orders place up to 12 January 2018 had a tracking number included in their cost.
As from 13 January 2018, standard shipping is as follows:
- No tracking number is included in standard shipping to the following countries: EU countries (excluding Italy), Europe non-EU countries, United Kingdom, and United States. Therefore if you would like to have a tracking number for your order please upgrade shipping.
- Tracking number is included in standard shipping to the following countries: Italy, and everywhere else not mentioned above. Please do not use the shipping upgrade for tracking as the shipping cost stated already includes a tracking number.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders lost in the mail. Once orders are shipped, packages are out of our control. If you would like to keep track of your parcel, please make sure that your shipping includes a tracking number.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
