If you would like to have your package delivered with Signature required because of any issue. Please advise in a conversation or notes in your order and we will comply with your requirement. We do not have signature required issued on the packages normally due to the inconvenience to our customers of receiving their packages without going to the USPS to sign for and pick up. If it is a stock item we will ship within 1-3 business days if the item does not require any modification. If any modifications are needed it will become a custom order. Please when cleaning your jewelry only use a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or ultrasonic machines when cleaning your jewelry. Do not clean pearls with anything other than water and make sure not to get any make-up or hairspray on them. Please do not wear your jewelry when using cleaning chemicals or sleep in your jewelry. . Rings with Rhodium plating once made are not able to be resized.
