Additional return information
REFUNDS Due to the delicate nature of Vintage and Antiques, returns are NOT accepted and refunds are NOT given. It is my belief that too much handling and shipping of Vintage and Antique items could diminish their condition and lessen their value.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY If I have grossly misrepresented an item. If you ever feel that I have, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY, and together, we can resolve any issue.
Always contact me with any concerns or issues with your order. It is important to me to make things right and make improvements.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS -Need to be RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF APPROVAL. -Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED two weeks after date of receipt. -Only original cost of item (not shipping fees) is refunded once item is received back in ORIGINAL CONDITION. -A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to returns. -Once item is received, refund will be made WITHIN 10 DAYS.
DAMAGED/LOST ORDERS If damaged or lost issues arise, you must first fully complete the process with USPS/Shipper claim form. Please know it is necessary to keep all packaging "As Is" for damaged items as well as photograph for claim process. In the case of "STOLEN" items, it is up to the buyer to contact Police for reporting. Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage during transit.
EXCHANGES They will only be given in special cases and will likely be an exchange of an item I have multiples of with varying degrees of condition.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES When items are returned to me as UNCLAIMED, they will be relisted without refund unless the buyer contacts me to have the items reshipped at their own expense. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees.
In your receipt section, Etsy provides Tracking Number so you will know when your items will arrive. USPS will make note in the Tracking section when they leave a notice at your address for you to pick up the item. You are well informed of your package location with this Tracking information.

PRICING In the past, the goal has been to price items at the going rate of Vintage and Antiques. Starting in July 2018, the pricing on this site may have a 15%-30% lower price than the going rate. Each item listed is reviewed and researched but may have a price lower than going rate due to condition, new pricing, or as a sale price to help with current inventory space.
COUPONS Currently, coupons are not offered but please do contact me if you are interested in a particular item or items. Thank you.
CLEANING VINTAGE ITEMS The items listed in my shop have been minimally cleaned, sometimes not at all cleaned or polished, to preserve their Vintage character and charm (aka patina). You may want to do a more thorough cleaning to your liking. Vintage items tend to be delicate and sensitive to harsh cleaners so I advise to research various methods before hand.
SOLD AS FOUND Those items that have not been thoroughly cleaned. This most likely means more detailed cleaning is needed and typically, prices will reflect this.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMS If interested in any "unavailable" item, please do contact me immediately. Most likely, it is still available and has yet to be renewed.
