Please note: We are sorry that it has come to this, but beginning immediately, we do not ship anything to Italy. There are too many missing deliveries to Italy. Too many problems shipping to Italy. Too many undelivered mails to Italy.
Shipping charges will be the exact cost to ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority, unless stated otherwise, plus $0.50 to $1.00 for supplies and handling fee. (Determined by the amount of recycled packaging materials I use) . If you prefer expedited Express, please let me know. Insurance is optional. I will refund you any overage should shipping come out in excess of 50 cents or more from what you had paid (remember there is a handling fee of $0.50 to $1.00). For example: If you paid $3 for shipping and the actual shipping was $1.50; then $1.50 plus $1 handling equals $2.50; $3 you paid for shipping minus actual shipping and handling of $2.50 equals 50 cents overage, which you get back as a refund.
Coupon codes good only (as stated on coupon codes) till expiration date and/or while still selling here on Etsy .
I take pride in my honesty and believe in being fair. I will notify you the tracking number (if there is one) by convo or email. Purchased items will be mailed out within 1 to 5 days. Custom made orders may take from 2 to 3 weeks. If you prefer to pick it up yourself (because you're visiting or live here), please contact me and maybe we can arrange a pick up date and time. Payment preferred is by Paypal or Direct Checkout (Credit Card). Reference for payment via Paypal is email@example.com. If other payment options are preferred, just drop me a message and we can try to work it out. Thank you.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Only refunds for the items will be given if items are packaged and mailed back in the original good condition. No refunds given if item was tampered with. Shipping charges at time of purchase and bank fees will not be refunded. Refunds are accepted 2 weeks from receipt of your item(s). Refund will not be given after you have had the item(s) for more than 2 weeks. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will also not be reimbursed. I am not responsible for loss or damages incurred while on route. Please file damage and loss claims with the USPS.
Purchased items will be mailed out in 1 to 5 days. Custom made orders may take from 2 to 3 weeks.
