I will ship your Domestic Order within 3-5 days. Of course, Holiday and weekends are excluded. I will always notify you when your item has shipped, and send you tracking info so you can follow the shipping progress. I apologize, that I am unable to ship Internationally any longer. Because of physical reasons, I am unable to venture to the post office in the winter. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience, and will re-evaluate my shipping policy again in the spring.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
