This listing is for 1 gold confetti look (gold polka dots) 11" latex balloon. This is a great way to get exactly as many balloons as you would like! Just choose the amount with the quantity! Check out our many color options!

~ Balloons ship flat & deflated
~ The balloons arrive in a flat package they need to be inflated. For helium you can take them to your local party store or supermarket and they can fill for a nominal fee (they will include a ribbon). If it is air filled it will NOT float.
~Balloons should not be overfilled as they may pop.

We ship using USPS First Class Mail. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an item is damaged please contact us immediately. We are unable to refund shipping charges. While we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time we are at the mercy of the USPS once it leaves our hands.

If your tracking shows that the package was marked as delivered we do not provide refunds or replacements in this situation. Please proceed with USPS to file a claim.

In some cases you may need to return the balloon so that we can provide proof to the manufacturer. Once a balloon is inflated it is considered used. A used balloon cannot be returned for any reason.
