Living near the coast, on the odd day when I go to the seaside, I love to watch the sea spiritedly rushing in and throwing itself against the breakers. The colours in Seafoam reflect the colours in the tide as it rushes in. This blend is predominantly Merino Wool with black Alpaca running through it and lovely mulberry silk to provide a light contrast which will play out very well, especially if felted. Also useful for spinning, weaving or any other creative activity where wool is used. Another new blend for the season, and I am hoping you will like it and send me photos of things you have made.

This item is sent from a smoke free home and I am always happy to answer any questions

I am also happy to combine postage charges if possible, just e-mail before paying to confirm p&p, or I will refund excess.
I have a maximum charge on combined p&p fibre/felt orders of £5.25 (add items to basket and pay together)
which will include signed for service if items over £20 in value.

Delivery will be made using 1st class post within the UK only.
SO Designs will ship to any country outside the UK at present, but you will need to convo me before paying as I will need to check the country rate in each case.

If you wish to use another postage service, e.g. signed for, registered, recorded delivery, please contact me immediately before purchasing to get the additional cost.
I aim to dispatch all items within 1 - 3 working days from purchase.
Items are packaged securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Should your package arrive in a damaged condition, please notify me as soon as you can by email and include a photo of the damage.

I will email you when the goods are dispatched.
Any taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


I accept Paypal. Payment must be made within 3 days. I will post your item out as soon as the payment is received. I do not charge VAT on any of my items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I hope that you are delighted with your handmade purchase, however, with all unique handmade items, there may be aspects of it that aren't what you expected. In this case, please do contact me and we will work something out.

All my items are made with great care and inspected before I send them out. If an item has been damaged in transit and is faulty when received, a full refund will be given, including postage. You are asked to return the faulty item and the return postage of this item will be refunded. Please take photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it came in.

You have the right to cancel your order and return the item to me for a full refund, and to do this you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and you must do this in writing (email).

When contacting me, please state the order details (date of order, the username/email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc.).

I will contact you to organise the return of the goods. Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the return postage costs. I will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have posted the goods back, whichever is soonest.

The Items must be returned in the state in which you received them and un-used.

Returns must be made by the method by which they were originally sent.

If you wish to return earrings I will need to make a charge for new fittings before I can offer the items for re-sale (EU Hygiene Regulations).

Postage and packaging fees are not refundable.

Refunds will be made by the same method as your original payment.

Refunds or exchanges will only be given if there is a fault in the workmanship of an item, & only within a week of receiving the item.

Designers feed from life and people, so in the same way please contact me if you feel that a particular colour or stone is not represented. I have a huge gallery of past pieces that are not represented here, and I simply love making new pieces for special outfits, sometimes the quirkier the better!
