Domestic Shipping ~ To keep shipping costs low, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail if the weight limit applies. If the item is over USPS First Class Mail weight limit, I ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation. I make every effort to ship orders the same day or very next day but always within 2 business days after receiving payment. If you would like your item insured, there are additional charges.
International Shipping ~ Shipping fees for international orders of some select items are subject to quote. Please contact me first regarding items interested in, and I will obtain a shipping quote for you. If you approve of the postage fees, I will issue an invoice for you. Please note that not all of my items are subject to international shipping quote.
Other items are shipped via First Class International Mail. However, there is no tracking nor insurance available at this post rate. If you would like insurance and tracking you must request Express Mail although the charges are much higher. Customs fees, tariffs or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
***Please be advised that if you'd like your order shipped Express Mail with insurance and tracking the postal rate is usually more than double the rate of First Class.
I accept payment through PayPal and major credit cards directly through Etsy. I make every attempt to make your transaction as smooth as possible. I do, however, reserve the right to cancel any sale where payment is not received within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to pay within 3 days, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your purchase needs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your order satisfaction is my priority. In the event that you are unsatisfied and wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of your delivery. A full refund of the items purchased will be issued with the exclusion of shipping costs. Any returned order must be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you and securely packaged. Responsibility of shipping costs for any returned order is that of the buyer.
