Shipping costs have risen and I do my best to keep shipping charges down, but I do not want to compromise the integrity of the packaging to ship cheaper.
Also my shipping cost are for Continental US. Hawaii and Alaska I will need to figure shipping costs out. I will ship Parcel Post to these states because Priority is very expensive. If you want Priority Mail, you need to request.
I will ship internationally. Just let me know you country of origin and I will estimate shipping costs. USPS sets the shipping costs and I know they can be high. If you are willing to pay, I am willing to ship.
I try to ship within 2 days of payment. I usually ship priority mail (especially for fragile items) or parcel post. I package my merchandise very carefully. I will combined shipping cost when purchasing multiple items. If a package is lost in the mail, I will refund after the USPS determined time has passed. ( I will not refund if wrong address was provided to me)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please email me if you are not satisfied. I try my best to be accurate with descriptions. Ask questions before purchasing, Especially when it comes to measurements. Vintage items are not usually in perfect condition. I do my best to describe and show good photos.
I will refund purchase price but not shipping if my descriptions were accurate. I will need photos of box and merchandise if it was received damaged. If I do not receive photos, postal service will not refund on claim.
If you decide to cancel an order, I will cancel if I still have item in my possession. However, I try to ship promptly. So I print off postage and take packages to post office sometimes the same day or the next morning. Once item is at post office, I will refund when item is returned, but I will not refund shipping costs.
If you are insistent on returning an item even though it was described correctly, buyer will be responsible for postage. Ask questions before purchasing. I do superficial cleaning of items. Some items because of the vintage I leave to buyer to clean. Vintage items can be fragile and need to be cleaned certain ways.
