I do not refund lost/stolen, damaged or delayed packages and I do not refund items that are not received due to an incorrect mailing address provided.
I am happy to ship outside of Australia.
International Orders: International orders typically take a 2-4 weeks for delivery. However, please keep in mind that packages can take longer due to custom delays. I am not responsible for customs delays, or additional customs charges.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds, unless there is a manufacturing problem. Please message me right away if you are unsatisfied.
If your item is received in a damaged condition, please send me a message. I may ask that the item be returned for repair. If I cannot repair the item, then you will receive a new one.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping if an item needs to be returned.
Please note I do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
