Items are shipped within 1 week or as noted in listing. PLEASE NOTE that this is EXCLUDING weekends and holidays, from time of payment clears through the USPS. If you need your item sooner, please convo us at the time your order is placed and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. Tracking information is gladly provided through email via PalPal once a label is generated and your order has shipped. This information is also available online at your PayPal account under the transaction with our shop.
Payments are to be made using PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout by using a credit card or Etsy Gift Card. Payment must be received at time of order. If you have any questions about checking out please don't hesitate to contact us. For those without a PayPal account, you may use your credit card as payment on the PayPal system without having an account.
Returns & exchanges
Because of the Antique/Vintage and unique nature of our items, they will have slight imperfections and characteristics that are appropriate with age and that of a handmade piece. Please look over the listing description, it's photos as well as ask us any questions before your purchase. All sales are final and are non refundable/returnable. Most items are of a fragile nature and will be shipped Priority Mail. This service can also be provided upon request if the listing does not offer it. We will help in every way we can to resolve any issue that may arise due to shipping.
HOURS Our regular hours are set Monday-Friday 9-5. We are available to answer emails during regular business hours. Any emails after these times are answered the following business day or on Monday if received during the weekend. Holiday hours are posted during that time on our front page.
HOLDS If you are interested in an item and don't want it to get away from you while you shop....just let us know and we will be happy to put a HOLD on it for you! We gladly hold items for 2 days.
