Items normally ship within 1-3 Business days. USPS First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Shipping charges include postage, cost of packing materials such as boxes or mailers, time and labor. Please refer to the item page for the actual shipping cost.
After an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed delivery due to weather, or stolen items.
We accept payment through PayPal or direct checkout using a credit or debit card. Payments must be received within 48 hours of order placement or we will cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, we request you do so within 12 hours of placement. Please note that when paying with a PayPal e-check, your order will not ship until payment has cleared. Payment by e-check can take 4-10 days to clear.
Please verify that your delivery address and email are correct. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, your order may be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect address.
Returns & exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased, please contact us. We will offer refunds on purchases if they are not as they are listed. Be aware that pictures and colors may vary on each individual monitor. Occasionally errors can occur. We cannot offer refunds on fabric or items that have been altered by the customer in any way. We are not responsible for damage that occurs to the product at any point after it is shipped. All requests for refunds must be made with 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
