SHIPPING TIMES: Please allow 1 week for knitting and packaging prior to shipping. Actual shipping times change according to location and all items are shipped from Turkey/Istanbul. Keep in mind that larger or more detailed pieces may take longer to make. I will contact you via e-mail if the project takes more than 1 week to complete.

Post offices are closed for Turkish Holidays and on the weekend. Items are shipped with registered Turkish Postal Service (PTT) and shipping is within 2 weekdays after payment confirmation. (Please Note: 2 weekdays excluding national holidays. If it's a holiday in a weekday when the state offices are closed, you will be informed about that and your item will be shipped as soon as the holiday is over.)
*International shipping takes 7-10 days for Europe, 15-20 days for USA and Canada, 20-30 days for the rest of the world. *Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs/post offices. *Please check your ETSY address. We are not able to refund if your address are not correct when the order is lost / does not receive by you.

SHIPPING METHOD: All items are shipped using PTT (Turkish Postal Service) and I will contact you with the shipping date and a tracking number. You can follow your item's journey from this website.
I’ll also appreciate it if you let me know when you have received the item. This is not necessary, but it helps me better judge shipping times in the future.
ADDRESS PROBLEMS: If your item is lost due to incorrect address I will not be able to reship a replacement item or refund the cost. Please check your current information with Etsy and Palpal before you order. If an item is returned to me for similar reasons, you may choose to cancel the order or change your address and pay for a new shipment.
GIFTS: If your item is a gift I would be happy to send it directly to his or her door, but again be sure about the address and mention it in "notes to seller" I will confirm with you before I ship. Gift packages are $5.
PACKAGING: The items are always wrapped safely with bubble wrap. If you want a special packing as a gift, I wil charge you $5. But please let me know the address that you wanna sent. If you want, I can write a note from you :)
We accept payment through SHOPIER, the secure online payment system integrated into Etsy which allows you to make a payment with a credit/debit card. (Sorry, PayPal doesn't work in Turkey since 2016 June.)
Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, navigate to your cart by clicking the cart link at the top right of any page. Once you are ready to place an order, proceed to checkout, and then you can submit your order by clicking "Submit order" button.

Following your order placement, you will receive an email from Shopier, which is integrated into Etsy with the Etsy API for payments. You can easily proceed payment via "Pay Now" button in this email. Feel free to contact us if you require any further information.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE AN INSTANT PAYMENT FOR SOME REASON, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY SENDING A MESSAGE AND I WILL GLADLY RESERVE AN ITEM FOR YOU UPON REQUEST ON A TIME FRAME WE AGREE.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
It is very important for me that you are as happy when you opened your package as the moment you purchased it ! I stand by my items and I am giving exact sizes and colors in the descriptions and photos. But still, if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact me in 7 days and after sending the item back to me, I will refund your purchased cost except the shipping cost of the item while purchasing. The buyers pay the shipping costs.
I quality check each item myself before shipping and my goal is your happiness, but sometimes things just aren’t what you thought or maybe it was damaged during shipping. Whatever the reason…If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact me as soon as possible. We will accept exchanges if needed (but, if the item is damaged due to use or if it is washed I will not be able to refund or exchange it), buyer pays all shipping costs. I like to give quick and honest feedback, so I’ll ask you to do the same. Each order is unique and I will work together with you on a case by case basis.
****If your package arrives damaged, within 7 days you are required to send a photo of the damaged item first and then send the item back.
*The purchased price will be refunded with GOSHOPIER. *All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent. *Customized items are a final sale. Please see “Custom Orders” topic in “Additional Policies” section

Half of the price is required upfront and the remaining half with shipping price upon completion.
Once your creation is complete you will recieve a photograph of it via email. Upon approval of the design, the item will be listed reserved with your name and remainig half of the payment will be due and your creation will be sent to you!
I will gladly reserve an item for you upon request on a time frame we agreed. If no payment is made within that time frame, the item will be removed from reserve and available in my shop to other customers.
