Most items ship via USPS First Class or priority mail, whichever is more cost efficient.
International shipping is via USPS first class international mail.
I am not responsible for packages once they are taken to the Post Office. If you would like to pay to have your package insured, please contact me PRIOR to making your purchase. ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL APPLY.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, please notify me prior to leaving other than positive feedback so that I may work with you to resolve any issues.
If your item is damaged or defective in any way, please file a claim with your local post office.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. All items need to be in their original condition and free of smoke or other odors. Refunds are for the purchase price only. Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives in other than ordered condition.
