As we are a collaborative group with 20+ members, all listed items are kept in stock by the crafter/artist/creator who made it except the pet portraits which are made to order.
Once payment has been received for a purchased item, the creator will be prompted to post the item out to you. We aim for a dispatch time of 3-5 days from all of our members except the pet portraits which is 2/3 weeks.
If you require extra insurance, tracking service or a special delivery, please state this when placing your order so this request can be forwarded to our creator before shipping.
Any extra postage costs must be paid for before we can ship items to you.
Shipping abroad: please be aware of possible custom delays which we are not responsible for.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will accept returns within 14 days of dispatch. Please pack items well for a safe return so they can be relisted.
Postage and insurance costs are non-refundable and returns are at the expense of the buyer.
We will refund through PayPal upon receipt of the item.
