Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to us will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Items are shipped via USPS and includes tracking and insurance.
For international orders, customs fees and VAT charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These are fees your government imposes on its residents for items coming into your country. By law, we cannot pay them; they are your responsibility. Tom's cannot be responsible for said charges. By your country's laws, they are your responsibility. International items cannot be marked as a "gift" in order to avoid VAT taxes or customs fees.
All of our items will be shipped from a pet-friendly home.
Our prices are firm. We accept PayPal. You may use a credit card through Paypal or your Paypal account.
Order cancellations must occur within 24 hours of the order being placed and before the order has shipped. If the item has shipped, it must be returned to us unopened. After the item has been returned, you will be refunded minus shipping fees.
All Connecticut residents must pay sales tax.
Reserves will be posted for three days. Please convo us to make arrangements. If the item has not been purchased within the agreed upon time, the reserve will be lifted.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a layaway option.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and exchanges will be made for unsatisfied customers, but must be shipped back at buyer's expense (with original packaging), as long as the item is returned in original condition. All payment processors (and etsy) dictate that refunds cannot occur until the item is returned. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it WITH PACKAGING, so we have proof to submit to the post office and make a claim.
As all of our items are vintage, please take into account their age and condition.
