Item details

You'll get both vintage, 1940s patterns shown above, including the Vogue jacket and bolero pattern from the early 1940s, and the McCall pattern for a 2-piece suit dress from 1947.

The Vogue pattern is #6017 and the complete pattern pieces are unused and not printed. The size is a vintage size 14 (bust 32 inches, hips 35 inches), probably about a size 8 in today's sizes. It is mildly yellowed from age but is unused and has no tears. It's in very good condition.

The McCall pattern is #6871 and has a copyright date of 1947. It's a printed pattern for a vintage size 14 (bust 32 inches, waist 26-1/2 inches, and hips 35 inches), which would be about a size 8 today. All pattern pieces and instruction sheet is included; most of the jacket pattern pieces are cut (12 our ot 17) but not torn. The skirt pattern pieces are not cut. The envelope has a small tear at the bottom on each side. It is faintly yellowed from age, although the tissue paper pattern pieces and instruction sheet inside are more yellowed. This pattern is in good condition.

Both were made in the USA in the 1940s, and were recently purchased at a local estate sale. They would be a great addition to your vintage collection!
