This is a general description for all single watch faces. Interchangeable Bracelet Watch Bands are sold separately. This listing is for a single watch face. Each watch face comes with two rings on each end that you will attach the lobster clasps from the band to hold securely in place. You can also add a dangle charm to add a little whimsy and a fun look. Each single watch face will have a measurement that you will subtract from the size of your total wrist size. Please ask any questions if you need assistance in measuring. Re-sizing of the bands is available. All of my single watch faces take a 1.5V Alkaline Battery which can be purchased at any watch retail store. Batteries are not included.

1. All my items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. You will be sent a notification and a tracking number for all items.
2. Larger items or multiple items, 16 oz. or more are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Notification, tracking number, and Insurance will be included. There may be an additional charge for Priority.
3. For custom orders, please allow up to five (5) additional days before your item is shipped out. for non-custom items, please allow 2-3 day processing time.
4. Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours of your purchase date. I only ship Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. I do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If you order from Friday evening to Sunday evening, your order will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
5. Fees for shipping: Most items, USA $4.00, plus $1.00 for each additional item. Some items may be more depending on size and weight. The price for shipping will be on individual listings. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your item to arrive. If you need your item sooner, please contact me immediately.
6. AT THIS TIME, I ONLY SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES. I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information

1. I DO ACCEPT RETURNS. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping issues or other issues, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
2. Your item will need to be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Your item will need to be returned in the exact condition you received it in. It will need to be shipped back in the original shipping box or a bubble envelope, depending on the size. If it arrived in a gift box, please return in the gift box. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RETURN SHIPPING FEE.
3. I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. You will be given a store credit. I am happy to work with you on giving you what you ordered. If not the same item, another item of equal value. You will have up to 30 days to make your choice for your new item. The key is communication.
4. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SOME ITEMS. Custom or personalized orders. I am willing to work with you on these items to make sure you get what you ordered. Also, items that are on CLEARANCE. All my CLEARANCE items are a final sale. No returns, no credits.
5. If for some reason, the fault is mine, i.e. wrong band size on a custom order or I sent you the wrong item, I will pay for ALL shipping fees. Return and redelivery fees.
