We send everywhere in the world. We prepare our shipments as quickly as possible after ordering. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, if possible day after the purchase. Delivery times are variable. They usually need 5 to 10 workdays for international orders. It is necessary to be patient. We always ask our buyers to confirm the receipt of their order by email.
We send packages by Hungarian or Swiss Post. Unless otherwise mentioned in an item listing, orders for items weighing less than 2 kg (4.4 lbs) will be shipped as a Priority Mail (Hungarian Post) or Minipac Economy (Swiss Post).
Orders weighing more than 2 kg (4.4 lbs) will be shipped via International Parcel Economy service of the Hungarian or Swiss Post.
We always pack the items very carefully and try to protect the items as much as possible. We try to use recycled boards, by wrapping the items in newspaper or bubble wrap. Packages usually arrive with no problems, but lost, stolen, or damaged mail is possible. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, and more generally for the post mishandling.
If you want insured shipping for your purchase, please send us a message. We will send you a recalculated invoice with the upgraded shipping fees.
Please note that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
For multiple orders : Please note that shipping costs for combined orders are estimates. If you purchase several items of our shop on the same time, please, send us an Email via "message to seller" or conversation feature to request the recalculated shipping fees and we prepare for you a reserved listing with your special shipping fee.
We will always ship to your Etsy address. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address, please provide the correct address when placing your order. If paying with Paypal, please make sure that the Paypal address and the Etsy address are the same, or inform us about your preferred shipping address.
Responsibility of SwissvintageandMore is not engaged, if the package is lost, if the customs adds additional fees, if the shipping address has been poorly written in the order by the buyer.
If a packet is lost or returned automatically to us, the buyer will be informed immediately and will have to pay the costs of repeated shipping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All vintage items are sold in "as is" condition. Vintage items are expected to have some wear and we always try our best to accurately photograph and describe them. Customer satisfaction is very important for us and we answer any questions or concerns. So, if you have any questions about an item, please contact us BEFORE purchasing.
If you are disappointed or unhappy with your item, please inform us within one week after receiving the item. If you prefer to return the item, it must be posted within one week and be returned unused. Return shipping must be done with the same conditions as our shipment (careful packaging, time limit, tracking number, insurance).
REFUND: We will refund you via Paypal, minus the cost of shipping and Paypal costs. You will pay the cost of shipping of the item back to us.
Items can be placed on reserve for 3 days. If a reserved item has not been purchased within the 3 days, it will be taken off reserve.
