Looking for a unique way to create your wedding stationary? This stamp is perfect to create handmade tags which can be used for your save the dates, attached to wedding favours or other forms of decoration for your wedding. It could also be used to create other items of wedding stationary or used after your wedding for your thank you cards too.

****SIZING and STAMP INFORMATION**** Please note the font is as per the photo, however I can create these using a wide range of fonts. Have something else in mind then please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss a custom order.
There are three size options available: - Small (maximum 3cm x 3cm - approx 1.18 x 1.18 inch) - Medium (maximum 4cm x 4cm - approx 1.57 x 1.57 inch) - Large (maximum 5cm x 5cm - approx 1.97 x 1.97 inch) Please contact me if needing the exact size as they vary by design.
The stamp will be supplied mounted onto an acrylic block and can be bought with or without a small ink pad (approx 1 inch square).
The stamp will be supplied in a small fabric bag and will include a care card with instructions on how to care for your stamp.
Please note the wooden tag is for illustration only and not supplied with the stamp.
****INKS**** If purchasing with an ink pad, a choice of colours is available, please see colour chart attached and include a note with your order of the required colour. If no colour is stated, a black ink pad will be sent as standard.
The inks can be used on a variety of surfaces such as fabric, paper, wood, leather, unglazed ceramic, paper mache and shrink plastic.
When stamping on fabric, heat setting is required and fabric should be pre-washed to remove sizing. VersaCraft is also great for archival scrapbooking projects due to its opacity and permanence.
A note about colours: It's not possible to guarantee the colour you receive will match the colour you see on the screen, due to variations in screen and monitors.
****DELIVERY**** Please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of your stamp, especially during busy periods. If you need this sooner, please contact me and I will let you know if I am able to accommodate your required timescale.
For all personalised stamps a proof will be emailed to the email address provided on Etsy. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the design the stamp will be created and then posted.
DIGITAL FILES If your item is a digital file which has been created to order, a proof will usually be sent within 2 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your proof, especially during busy periods. Once your have approved your proof your finished order will be sent either the same or next working day. The file will be delivered to your Etsy email address, unless specified otherwise at the time of ordering.
Your digital file will be sent as a high resolution JPEG file which your can save onto your own computer, USB stick or external hard drive. This file can then be printed either at home on high quality paper/cardstock or alternatively you could upload your file to a website to be printed such as VistaPrint, Photo Box, Asda, Kinkos, Staples and many more...
PRINTS / FRAMED PRINTS / CANVASES For actual prints, the proof will usually be sent within 2 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of the proof, especially during busy periods. Once your have agreed your proof, your item with be printed and posted. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within the UK (see below for international orders).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Printed items only (prints, mounted prints and framed prints). Due to the size and weight of the larger frames, please contact me prior to ordering a 16 x 20 frame as postal prices vary as this item needs to be posted via a courier service. Otherwise, all options are available worldwide. Please allow between 7-10 working days for delivery for anywhere outside of the UK and Europe.
Please note that for all orders which are posted outside of the EU, there may be customs fees to pay depending on your countries rules. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery of the goods.
I accept payment via Paypal, your order needs to be paid for in full before I start to complete your bespoke product.
Returns & exchanges
You are purchasing a bespoke design service. Therefore, once your order has been received I will start working on your design, usually within 2 working days (however, please note this can take up to 10 working days during extremely busy periods).
Once, I have emailed a proof I have spent time working on the design, usually at least an hour. Therefore, in line with distance selling regulations, due to the personalisation of the design, refunds cannot be issued.
For non personalised items such as bottle stoppers, cufflinks and similar items I can provide a refund once the item is returned to me in a saleable condition. This must be returned within 14 working days.
If your item has been damaged/lost in the post, please contact me to arrange a replacement.
DESIGN PROOFS Please make sure that when you complete your order you provide accurate information otherwise this will delay your final delivery of the product. Once, you have received your proof, please check it carefully for errors and if you would like to amend it then please contact me asap. Included in the price is up to three proofs being sent out.
It is important to me that you are happy with the final product, therefore if you need to change/add words, make minor design alterations or change the colour scheme this is all included in the three proofs.

You are free to print this document as many times as you wish and hand out to friends and family. However, you MUST NOT use the files for commercial use in any form.
SIZES Sizes are as indicated in the product listing, however alternative sizes are available. Please contact me and a custom listing can be arranged.
COLOURS Unless otherwise stated, your product will be coloured as per the photo in the item description. If you would like to change the colours on the design, please provide a colour choice from the chart provided, alternatively please provide the CMYK colour breakdown to enable me to use your exact colour choice.
