We reserve the right to ship your items through any USPS, FedEx, or UPS means. If you require expedited shipping please contact us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote! Once a item gets into shippers hands I can no longer take responsibility for delivery times. All glasses are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed carefully, however sometimes shippment handlers are not very careful, please send me a picture of the box and glass within 3 days of delivery of broken items.
My shipping charges include packaging and materials needed to ensure safe delivery of your product. I DO combine shipping charges and will gladly assist you in finding a shipping charge for combined orders! Please don't hesitate to ask! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time I do not offer international shipping due to the high cost of shipping and the time it takes to receive.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If there is any problem with your item(s) please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I reserve the right to either send you a new item or refund your money. I will not refund any purchase if not contacted within the 3 days after its delivery. A picture of broken orders are REQUIRED if you would like a replacement or refund.
Shipping insurance for your item is not required but recommend.
