We typically ship within 3 business days of receiving payment except for U.S. Holidays and Weekends. When paying via ECheck thru paypal they do hold those funds for 5-10 business days so shipment is not made until those funds are released. All U.S. packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Insurance is additional and if you require that please contact us before paying and we will be happy to add that to your invoice. We do ship worldwide~EXCEPT SOME KITS ****please contact us for a shipping quote if needed before purchasing. Each country has different requirements for taxes and duties and those are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping cost.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not happy....we are not happy, plain and simple! Please do contact us if for any reason you are not completely happy with your transaction with us and we will make sure to take care of the problem whatever the problem is. However, unless we have made a mistake you will need to cover the initial and return shipping costs.
