all item are shipped first class and some with tracking Numbers. I have no control over the Post Office. I do ship items when I say I do. The ones that have a tracking No. I will send you the tracking No. I only provide tracking when purchasing 5 or more items.
I do not provide tracking on 1 applique 2 appliques, 3 appliques,or 4 appliques. I only provide tracking on 5 appliques or more.. If you want tracking on 1 purchase, 2 purchase , 3 purchases 0r 4 purchases you have to pay extra for tracking it will be 200. Over night mailing is 25.00
If you purchase 4 appliques you will receive 2 envelopes.
The mail sometimes is backup at Jacksonville, Fla, and your first class mail will not read the date I mail it. it is mailed on the day I send you your email it has been shipped.

Every purchase is taking to the Post Office by hand to be Mailed.

All orders are mailed the next day after purchase,I mail all orders between 8:30 in the morning Any thing purchased after 8.30 goes out the next day..After your applique has been mailed I send a confirmation thru Etsy that your purchase has been mailed.

I accept Etsy payments and Pay Pal payments . Once I receive your payment, I will ship your piece.If you do not have the correst address I can not print out your shipping label I can not ship your item until you correct it. If you have the wrong address after I ship your item I can not correct it, I will not ship out another item until I receive that item back The buyer has to pay to reship the item .All special orders will not be maded until payment is received.

If your order gets lost. I will refund your money within 30 days after the shipping date. Sometimes the package is found within the 30 days
Sometimes it takes 2 1/2 weeks when there are weather conditions . Within in the 30 days I will refund you the money if it comes under these conditions if you have not received your purchase in within 10 days , contact me . First class mail can take up to 10 days- 30 days to be delivered...

If you do not email Me Within 30 days that you did not receive your items, I will not refund you your money.

If your package is shipped with a tracking number . The package is delivered and shows delivery. If you do not get it. I'm not responsible for your package. If it has the wrong address and delivered I'm not responsible for that package, it is your responsible to change the address on PAY PAL and Esty.
If you Want Priority mail it is a extra charge of 5.95 .If you want a tracking number on 1-4 appliques it is a extra charge of 2.00

I'm not the POST OFFICE and I do not know when you will receive your purchase after it has been mailed.

If you pay with a e-check. I can not ship the item until Pay Pal and Etsy says the check has cleared. A e-check takes 5-7 days..

When I list a 5x7 design that is a 5x7 design not always it measures out to be a 5x7.sometime it will measure 5x7. When I list a 4x4 the same applies.

On the alphas you need to put at check out what letter. You will get the one listed if you do not put a special letter. You do not and you forgot, I will not send another until I get those letters back

I will include all sales tax in your purchases for Fla. customers. I only collect Sales tax in Fla.for customers living in Fla.

I'M not responsible for the application of heat and bond ,ironing. sewing or any process ,or damages or monetary loses that may occur to garments involved of applying of any of my appliques with the I use of heat and bond . Heat and bond ultra is applied to manufactures instructions i can not gurantee the application of heat and bond. I recommned you sew the edges of the applique with a invisible thread It is the strongest bonding that there is, I have try it and it is very strong with washing.

I am not responsible for any garment that does not work with my appliques.

If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase, please let me know so I can cancel it. . when putting up a reserve on the second day if payment has not been paid I will cancel your reserve. After you purchase a item, You should receive your item in 7-10 days after10 days if you have not received it please contact me. . When I say I ship on the day that is marked it is shipped on that day

all appliques should be washed by hand and lay out to dry.
