Shipping charges do not include insurance, but they do include tracking. Please inform me if you wish to purchase insurance, and I will send you a revised invoice with charges added.
Please understand that once your package leaves my hands and is in the postal system, I have no control over how it is handled or delivered. I will wrap things carefully and take all necessary steps on my end to ensure I have done my best to avoid damage. I will provide proof of shipping upon request if package doesn't arrive within the U.S and Overseas, but I will not refund for non delivery if I can show proof of shipping and delivery via a tracking number. Damaged packages and those that don't arrive will be refunded the price of the item only, not shipping. Buyer is required to show proof of damage via photo for refund.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE BE ADVISED: Etsy shows the text "VAT included (where applicable)" under the price of all items that ship to the EU. That is a general blanket statement which only applies to EU sellers who are VAT registered.
I live in the USA, I am not VAT registered, no VAT is included in the price for any of my products. VAT/customs/duty charged by your country are the *BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY*. You will have to pay VAT and additional charges upon receipt of your purchase.
I ship via USPS within 2 business days of payment. In most cases except weekends, I can ship within 24 hours. I ship USPS First Class. If you wish to upgrade to priority there will be an additional charge. Please let me know at the time of ordering if you wish to do this, and I will add the additional charge to your invoice.
I accept payment through paypal only. Payment is expected at the time of checkout.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
