All "ready-made" items will be shipped out within 1 to 3 WEEKDAYS of purchase (unless noted otherwise). We ship from Central Ohio using USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. We will provide tracking numbers for your purchases. Packages should reach their destination within 7 days.

Rest assured, we will not overcharge you for shipping or handling. We will ship at USPS Flat Rate costs when applicable and possible. We will refund any shipping or handling cost overages that are over $1.00.

If you are ordering multiple items and are concerned about the shipping and handling costs, please send us a message. We will be able to tell you what it would cost to ship your intended purchase. We do offer Free Shipping for orders that are over $50.

If you still haven't received your package after 30 days of the ship date, please send us a message and we can see what we can do to locate your package.

If you receive your package and your purchase is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of damage of your purchase and packaging. Upon receiving the evidence, we will do our best to make it right.

Currently, we ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico only. We may look into shipping internationally in the future.

PUERTO RICO BUYERS: If you are purchasing from Puerto Rico, please input Puerto Rico as the state and the United States as the country. This will insure that your shipping charges are correct. Thank you!

Returns & exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item, please send us a message within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be in the same condition as when you received it.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns from customers whose homes contain cigarette smoke or pets with hair. Thank you for understanding!

Qualifying items for refunds must be shipped back to us within 30 days of asking for a return. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide us with a tracking number.

You will receive your refund as soon as we receive the purchased item back.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping fees, creation fees, custom orders, or perishable products (such as our preserves and hard candy) cannot be refunded, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you are returning items that were sent to you by a Free Shipping promotion, you will receive a refund of the products minus the cost of shipping.
