We are located in the U.S. Our shipping charges are currently set for U.S. and Canada only addresses. Please contact us for overseas or combined shipping rates. Partial shipping refunds may be given after an order is placed in the instance there is a noticeable overcharge or if multiple items are purchased at one time and able to ship together.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. Non-business days may include weekends and holidays. Customers will be sent a shipment notification through Etsy. We carefully package and ship orders via USPS (First Class and Priority) and FedEx. Please be sure your mailing address is listed correctly to ensure your order is sent to the proper place.

Items are considered lost after 6 weeks from shipment date. There are certain circumstances in which may be reason for delays such as: holidays, weekends, inclement weather, or holds through customs.
Payments are due immediately after placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if no payment or communication has been received within 24 hours of ordering.

We want our customers to be happy and confident with us! Although we have an all sales final policy on our vintage and antique items we still want to help resolve any issues that may come up. If you have any questions or concerns please send us an etsy conversation and we will respond in a timely manner.
Our shop contains vintage and antique items ranging in age (20+ years old), condition, and uniqueness. Please be aware that these items are susceptible to wear or aging but rest assured that we do our best to accurately describe an items condition within the listing description and photo's.
We store items in an environment that is climate controlled and free of smoke and pets. Due to the nature of our items however, we can not guarantee how they were stored prior to us acquiring them.
