I will happily ship overseas, please ask me for the exact shipping costs. International shipping costs stated below are for packages up to 2 kg / 4.4 lbs without Track & Trace nor insurance.
Ask for international delivery times before you make a purchase. Please note that these are only estimates. Customs inspection, delay at the airline or post office and/or public holidays can add extra unexpected delivery time.
If you are a national buyer you may consider local pick up. You can pick up your item(s) in Breda. If you buy multiple items and you are from the Breda area, I can even deliver the items at your house or work address.
PLEASE ask for the exact shipping costs BEFORE you make a purchase!!! Especially if you want to buy multiple items. I combine shipping whenever possible to save on your shipping costs. The shipping costs could be lower than stated. If you ask first, I can make a special listing for you and we can avoid unnecessary double fees.
I strongly recommend shipping with at least Track & Trace for international packages! I can't take responsibility for lost packages if you didn't use the Track & Trace option nor for damaged packages if you didn't use the Track & Trace with insurance option!
If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible so please make sure you have the right address on your Etsy account. Please note I will only ship to the address on your account not to other addresses. Shipping to PO Boxes is at your own risk.
If a package is returned to me because it wasn't claimed by the buyer, I can refund the item price minus 15% to compensate for my lost time and supplies. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case. I can also ship the item again, in that case I'll charge 15% of the item price + the new shipping costs.
If you're an international buyer please note this important information: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final, cancelling orders isn't possible. Please be sure to ask all of your questions before you make a purchase.
I aim to describe everything to the best of my ability and therefore all sales are final and products are purchased AS IS unless the item differs hugely from the description. However, if you would like to return an item please contact me BEFORE you return the item and within 5 business days of initial receipt. Any return shipping costs will have to be paid for by the buyer. PLEASE note that shoes and clothing can not be returned. See also 'Additional Information' (in the box below).
If we agree to a return and refund, I only refund the cost of the item and the initial shipping costs. I do not refund any return shipping costs nor taxes (paid by you or me upon return). Goods must be returned in the exact condition they were sent. Any damage and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount. It's recommended the item is returned by signed for/registered post as a refund cannot be given until the item has been received back to me.
I wrap all items very well for their long trip across the world. If your item arrives damaged nevertheless, please make sure to provide me with pictures of the damaged package and item within 5 days and we can make arrangements about a refund.
I sell vintage or antique items that I feel deserve a new life. This means that most or all of my items are used and show some signs of wear or age. I do my best to note any major flaws. There maybe some minor flaws not described which are to be expected with items of age. Please be sure to read the full description of the item and look thoroughly at all the photos. Photographs are also part of the description and at times can cause items to appear larger than they are so please read the measurement info in the listing. If there is something you'd like to see a clearer picture of or would like to know more about please feel free to ask! Colours, gloss levels, metallic pigment effects and textures may vary due to screen and printer settings.

I'm always on the lookout for nice vintage and retro items. If you are looking for, let's say, a teacup with forget-me-nots or a replacement for that vintage plate but you don't have the time to visit the shops or flea markets, please make a request and I'll try to find the item for you!
Most of the items in my shop are delicate and need a lot of packaging material to protect them during transit. To spare the environment and to keep prices as low as possible, I use mostly recycled packaging materials! If you want me to use only new materials, please let me know and we can make arrangements (at an additional cost).
If you want your item giftwrapped, please let me know. I can also include a gift card with your personal message.
