One skein contains enough yarn to make a pair of socks or small shawl. Because each skein is hand dyed individually, if using more than one skein in the same project you will need to alternate skeins to achieve the best consistency. While this yarn can be machine washed, I recommend hand washing and laying it flat to dry to keep your hand-knit object looking like new. Although professional colorfast dyes have been used and the yarn has been thoroughly rinsed, some bleeding may occur the first few times you wash your finished item. We have tried to represent the colors accurately with minimal photo editing, but colors may appear differently on different computer screens.
