Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a notice from us once your order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Depending on the amount of your purchase, some packages will require a signature.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. We always send proof of shipment to you. Insurance will be added for all orders over $100.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for abiding by the customs laws on imports for your country and are responsible for paying any custom fee's, tariff or VAT fee's that may incur. Each country has different limits. We cannot be held responsible for these fees. We mark the valued amount on the proper paperwork. It is illegal for us to mark it as a gift and or to pay your custom fee's. If you are notified by your postal authority of an amount and handling fee that is due before you can claim your package, please understand that if you choose not to pay the additional fees due, the package will eventually be returned to us. This process can take 2 - 3 months for the package to be sent back, and no refunds will be issued until the package has been received by us. If this is the case, shipping costs will not be refunded. Thanks for your understanding.

Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept credit cards through Etsy Direct Payment and Etsy gift cards, as well as PayPal. We do NOT accept money orders or personal checks. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Depending on how busy we are, we ship anywhere from 2 - 5 days after receiving orders, so please understand that we cannot cancel any orders outside of this time frame.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We do our very best to photograph true to color and to give proper measurements. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will be happy to accept your item for return or exchange. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your items. A returned or exchange item must be shipped in the manner in which it was received, inside of a padded envelope. Must be sent with a tracking number. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs. Please read all of our policies before ordering.
