Once you place an order, please check your etsy messages for papers that I will send for you to select based on the colours you choose. If I don't hear a reply from you in 24 hours, I will proceed to make the selection. You are allowed 3 free revisions for each order. Any further revision will be charged a small fee of USD$2.00 per revision. Always please note that colours of the papers shown on your computer screen may not be 100% match to the actual product due to monitors calibration. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown.

Each wood blocks set is made out of natural milled wood. As wood is a natural product, it is known to warp in colder weather and expand in warmer weather. This is natural characteristic of wood and is not considered as a defect. The wood grains, knots and markings will be visible even when painted and that is what makes the product unique.

All wooden letters are created from baltic birch 1/4" thickness wood. The maximum height I offer is 17" tall. Please be aware that when letters are cut using the laser, the edges comes with burnt mark. Due to this cutting process, **some colours are known to bleed and due to that, please note that there may be some slight discolouring visible due to the laser cutting process.** There will be some color difference from the paint sample shown on the template when done on wood as different wood grain absorbs paint slightly differently. Colors have been shown as close as possible but please allow some variation on the finished product.

No hanging hardware will be provided due to all hanging situations being different. However you can use 3M tapes or Command Strips or use finishing nails (NOT PROVIDED)

A shipping upgrade is an add-on to the standard shipping shown in each listing. The upgrade you choose at checkout will have tracking included and the delivery time is much faster than standard shipping and WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE for delivery. For example, standard shipping time to USA is 4-10 business days but if you need it to arrive faster you would purchase a shipping upgrade from the drop down menu at checkout to shorten the delivery time. There is an additional cost for this. Sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier that are beyond shop owner's control. NOTE: Shipping upgrades are *not* the same as rush processing.

A rush order, also known as rush processing is when you want me to create/make your order sooner than what my current processing times are. For example; if my current processing time is 4-7 business days, this is the time it takes me to make and complete your order BEFORE it ships out. Therefore, if you need me to process it (make and complete it) sooner, then you would choose the RUSH MY ORDER option in the checkout page and I will complete your order in 1-3 business days. This is over and above the shipping upgrade. This is different than a shipping upgrade.

Should you wish to request cancellation of your order, request MUST be received within 1 hour after order is placed. There will be no cancellation ONCE you have selected your custom paper background for your set & layout has been provided for custom orders/letters. I do start working on your orders as soon as it is received.

All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Should you have an issue with your custom and personalized order, kindly contact me. Custom and personalized orders are anything made to order with your personalized information or choice of colours. Timeless Notions hold the copyright to all items created and the images on etsy which will be updated on listings as new items are created.

If for any reason you received your items damaged, please take a picture of the packaging and the items. Please notify me as soon as possible if there is a damage but no later than 3 business days. Upon receipt of your pictures of the damages, I will review it on a case by case basis. No returns are accepted on custom orders. If you wish to request to return the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping is non refundable and return shipping is at buyers expense.
