Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with anything! Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days of purchase. If it does not meet your expectations, simply return your item for a refund minus shipping charges.

To return a charm you can use the package it came in and send it to the return address:

The return address is a Chitchats Express business that processes the packages in Niagara Falls, New York and then forwards them to each store in Canada --> it takes approximately 8 weeks for the package to be processed.
**$5.00 will be deducted off your refund** (We are charged a $5.00 fee per package returned by Chitchats Express).
Once I receive the charm I will issue the refund.
