We ship all items by EMS/E-post/Registered Airmail, which comes with a tracking number so you can track the whereabouts of your purchase. We will email you the tracking number on the day we post the parcel.
It usually takes about 5 – 25 days for the delivery depending on your country of residence. Once an item has been shipped...and tracking numbers are sent... your items is no longer in my control!

Default shipping is by Hong Kong/China Registered Airmail through the postal system, it’s safe and it’s a reliable shipping methods, If you'd like to using normal Airmail, convo us and we will adjust the shipping price accordingly and send you a refund of the balance through paypal. Notice: normal Airmail is slowly and not safe, it’s easy to lost.
If you need the item urgently, you could also choose express shipping method: UPS. It usually takes about 7 days to arrive. Additional shipping fee will be charged, please convo us. And UPS need your phone number for shipping sheet filling, kindly provide when buying, it will be kept confidential.
Please note we are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong/China public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes.
Please be aware of your country's policies regarding the import of natural items. Also, some countries do charge customs fees for items over a certain dollar amount. I will not be responsible for paying this. Please learn about them and be prepared to pay if necessary.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch. I do accept returns, but with certain conditions. You must let me know within 3 days of the item being delivered that you will be returning it. Please send it back to me in its original packaging and in new condition. I do not refund any shipping for returns.
