I will always attempt to find the most appropriate and affordable shipping options for my customers. I generally ship via U.S. Postal Service (often using flat rate priority mail which includes tracking and insurance) within 3 to 5 business days of receiving payment. For our mutual protection, shipping costs include insurance if not already covered by shipping provider. If you would like signature confirmation, please ask before making a payment.
International sales are still somewhat of a gray area and for now will be on a case by case basis. Please do not purchase before conferring with me. When an international sale is approved and shipping is to be overseas, buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their respective countries. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports; I may not be held responsible for any item held by customs.
I will combine shipping prices for purchases on multiple items when possible and appropriate. If the price for combining isn't already specified, you can contact for an estimate before I package and ship the items.
The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable shipping address. Please take the time to confirm the shipping address during the checkout process in order to avoid "auto fill" problems that can occur. Paris Ave. Vintage cannot be held financially responsible for incorrect shipping instructions.
In order to be "resource responsible," I always try to use recycled boxes and clean, recycled packing material. Let me know if that's a problem. And if this is a gift being sent directly to the recipient, please let me know so that I can provide gift worthy packaging materials.

Returns & exchanges
Please note that vintage items have lived a past life that is reflected in the time worn, genuine patina so coveted by collectors and vintage enthusiasts. I will always try to describe and photograph any issues, so please examine the listing carefully before purchase. Please remember that monitors can vary, so the color may be somewhat different. If you need additional pictures or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
With that in mind, I want everyone to be delighted with their purchase. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns with regards to your order. Please check the items when your order arrives. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me within 3 days. If the problem is because I messed up – incorrect description, wrong item shipped or major flaw, then you can return it for a full refund. Special orders are non-refundable.
However, please contact me before sending anything back.
If there is no problem with the item received, (you just don't want it it), shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost. As mentioned previously, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. I will issue a credit after I receive the returned products. You will receive a refund for the item less the shipping costs paid.
If an item arrives damaged, please keep the item and package as originally received and contact me immediately. If the packaging is not retained, no claim can be filed and no refund can be given (this is a requirement of the shipping providers). Reimbursement will be made once the insurance carrier has settled the claim.
Note that deliveries to countries other than the United States can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months--depending on the country and customs.
Insurance claims for missing or damaged items must be filed within 90 days of shipments, but no sooner than 21 days (domestic) or 45 days (international). Please let me know in time to file a claim and obtain a refund for a lost or damaged item.
CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel your order, please notify me immediately. If it hasn't shipped out I am happy to cancel and refund you.
