Red Truck Designs offers gift wrapping for all jewelry items. This is a great time saving way to send a lovely gift directly to a special someone. If you wish, a hand written personalized gift tag will adorn your package.

Add the gift wrapping option and your item will be sent in a gift box, with a gift tag and mailed in a decorative mailing envelope.

Red Truck Designs makes gifting easy by offering a gift wrapping option than can be purchased together with your jewelry items.

If you wish to add a message to your gift, please include this in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout.

If you would like to have your purchase shipped directly to your recipient, please include all delivery details (name, address) in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout.

Please purchase one gift wrap option per jewelry item you would like wrapped.

Example - If you ordered 2 items and want them wrapped separately, you need to purchase 2 gift wrapping options.

At checkout, in notes to seller, please include:

1. Recipient's name
2. Recipient's mailing address
3. Personal message

This option can only be ordered when purchasing a jewelry item from Red Truck Designs.

Periodic cleaning is recommended to maintain your jewelry’s beauty. Wipe your chains carefully with a soft dry cloth to keep them clean and free of elements which oxidize. Remove at night and store in a cool dry area of your home, the bathroom is too humid and exposes your items to tarnish. Special Care for Plated Items Please check your jewelry items description to see if it is made with any plated materials. - Do not overly rub plated charms, continual friction you can “wear off” the plating. - Do not sleep, swim, shower, or exercise in your jewelry. - Avoid getting items wet, dry with a soft clean cloth. - Do not clean with chemicals, which will strip the finish.

All of the jewelry items are designed and hand made by me, your item will ship according to my production time listed on my main shop page which is usually 3-5 days. Production time does not include shipping time. Your jewelry is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a fabric jewelry bag with a gift tag. I do not include the receipt as you can view and print it online at Etsy.

GENERAL INFO:
Please be sure you enter the correct address at checkout on your Etsy order. Any changes to an address put your package at risk for human error. I cannot be held responsible for address change errors.

If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, there is a $5 re-shipment cost that is paid directly to USPS for the re-shipment.

Items ship via USPS First Class mail with tracking. First Class mail does not include insurance for loss or damage. I highly recommend purchasing an upgraded mailing option either PRIORITY MAIL or EXPRESS MAIL. Both of these mailing options include insurance, which will cover loss or damage. Priority Mail and Express Mail are available as options at checkout for both USA and International orders.

TRACKING:
Tracking will be emailed to the address connected to your Etsy account when the package is shipped. The tracking can also be accessed on your order in your Etsy online receipt. Packages are hand delivered to the post office, after which I cannot assume responsibility for lost or delayed items if you have not upgraded shipping to Priority Mail or Express Mail.

USPS LOST or FROZEN TRACKING on PACKAGES:
If USPS hasn't delivered your package or the tracking seems to be frozen in transit, there is a 30 day wait period from the time the package last moved before it can be deemed lost. Many packages need time to work their way through the USPS system or need time to be returned to the sender if the label was damaged. This is rare but does happen.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International shipments normally take between 7-14 business days to deliver, depending on the customs agency in the recipient's country. Sometimes packages may be randomly held for inspection for up to 45 days and I have no control over these agencies or their activities. PLEASE NOTE: international packages shipped using First Class mail does not include insurance for loss or damaged packages. I highly recommend purchasing an upgraded mailing option either PRIORITY MAIL or EXPRESS MAIL. Both of these mailing options include insurance, which will cover loss or damage. Please note - Red Truck Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


Payments

Once an item has been purchased, please pay for your item through Paypal or Direct Check Out. If you pay with an echeck via paypal, your item will ship when the echeck clears.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

♥ If your jewelry design has a defect (remember my items are not meant to be worn in water) you may return it to me and I will either fix or replace the item, or offer you a refund (minus the shipping fee). If you would return the item to me, first class, I will do the replacement and return shipping for free.

All vintage items are sold as-is and I cannot accept returns on vintage items.

Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
