I use the Etsy mailing address only, so please make sure that You provided correct shipping adress for Your order and note the following: it can take some weeks for your purchase to get to you depending on where you are :) and I'll provide you with a tracking number, but some countries do not allow parcels to be tracked through Etsy, only while it's on the territory of my country, in this case You can request this on Your post office directly. If You see parcel out of my country by tracking and track information stopped renewing for some time, please, contact Your postal service, becouse I can't help You with it anymore. Please note that, if tracking status indicates the item has been delivered I'm not be responsible to re ship the item or issue refund upon receiving claims from buyer that state otherwise. If You can't find Your parcel I can advise the following actions: - Please contact your postal service for additional information with tracking number provided immediately. - Verify the shipping address. - Look for a notice of delivery attempt. - Look around the delivery location for your package. - See if someone else accepted the delivery. - Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. If items are lost in the mail we can seek them through UkrPoshta (our post :)) but this takes several weeks to process and the item needs to have been in transit for at least 6-8 weeks to be considered as lost. While in transit Post is fully responsible for items and if some damage occured and it's obvious that packaging is not intact claims should be dirrected to them. In a case when items are damaged in transit without Post fault I can offer a refund, but I do take care to package my works carefully and I will require photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging.
Customers are responsible for any costs of shipping, handling, customs, taxes and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. I cannot estimate nor collect these in advance for You. Please try to be aware of them before the purchase.

Cancellations are accepted if the item(s) has yet been processed for shipment. Once it is shipped the order no longer can be canceled.
