Most items at my store will be delivered by registered parcel. Tracking number will be provided to North American buyers. However, a signature may not be requested on our default shipment for the sake cost reduction on buyers. Please track your status for an update. Shipping time is affected by many factors including custom process, process speed at origin and destination countries, other unexpected factors such as natural disaster and so on. And keep in mind, post systems may not work on weekends and holidays. I keep trying by all means to improve delivery time at affordable cost. Currently, it takes 8-16 business days to arrive the US. Other countries vary a lot. Typically it takes 10-20 business days to Canada, European countries and Australia. Other countries may take 30-50 business days. Reship or 100% refund if not delivered on: US-25th BD, Canada, Europe, Australia 31st BD, Everywhere Else 61st BD. Full refund or reshipment if not delivered on: US-35th BD, Canada, Europe, Australia 41st BD, Everywhere Else 71st BD. BD = business days IMPORTANT: Holiday season shipping (dispatch between Nov 1 and Dec 31) will add 10 more BD.
An order is recognized as delivery if the courier leaves a notice of pick up at door. There is no shipping refund under this circumstance.
Please think it thoroughly before making an order. I have no control after the package is passed to the post office. However, I am very proud of the post services I use. And I am very active and responsive.
I only reply shipping inquiries between 20th and 40th business days after shipping-out - if it is too late, an item might not be held at the local post office so not be tractable.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will refund buyer's purchase price if there is any insatisfaction about our items. Buyers need to contact shop and ship items within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition that they are shipped out. Should items do not have quality problems, buyers need to pay returning shipment and delivery cost is not refundable. If there is a quality problem, customers need to provide proofs in photos in addition to literal descriptions with 72 hours of delivery.
We only accept returns through national post system such as US Post, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.
Refund/exchange is not applicable on customized items.
About smell During make and shipment process, there might be a chance that items carry light smell. Very rare buyers remarked it though. Please note since we are not able to verify the reality, smell is not accepted as a quality problem.. If buyers are sensitive to smell, we recommend to do merchandise in local stores.
About off color Please keep in mind there might be a slight difference in color depending on the set up of buyers' monitors and light condition when photos were taken. But I will by all means to keep it little as much as I can. Color difference is not accepted as a quality problem.
Cancellation before Process Buyers can cancel an order and receive 100% refund if they contacted our shop within 24 hours AND items are not shipped out. Handling and process charge may be applied which is what we pay to our shipping agent. Although shop will coordinate by all means to meet your request, there is NO guarantee that orders can be canceled. Thank you for your consideration.
