SHIPPING: I ship throughout the US and most International locations, unless otherwise noted.
Items are shipped First Class, Priority mail, or USPS First Class Parcel Select unless otherwise requested or noted. Very large items are generally shipped UPS or FedEx.
EXCEPTION: Small frames are shipped Priority Mail Insured, and large items (including large frames) are shipped UPS or FedEx Insured.

Items are shipped within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: I will do my best to combine multiple orders to give you the lowest shipping cost for both domestic or International purchases. Please Convo me with your selections and I will make a reserved listing for you with the proper charges.
INSURANCE: If you would like insurance on an item, just let me know before purchase, so I can make the necessary adjustment ... I pack items quite thoroughly, however, the post office/UPS is sometimes determined to see just how rough they can be! If you have any concern about the shipping of your item, I highly recommend insurance.
EXCEPTION: Frames. All frames are shipped insured. Insurance is included in shipping price.
If you have purchased insurance and item is received damaged, make sure that you contact me within 48 hours (two days) of receipt, so we can work out the detail for making a claim with the post office, UPS, or FedEx. Refund money is paid by USPS/UPS, or FedEx and not myself.
Please understand that without insurance, there is little, that I can do. Each items condition is fully described and photographed, and each item is carefully wrapped for safe shipping. Should it arrive in a damaged condition, and no insurance has been purchased, there is nothing I can do, as I have no control over the handling process of the post office, or UPS.
Payment is due within 72 hours of order placement, unless prior arrangements have been made.
I am happy to reserve an item for you and once again, payment is due within 72 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If for any reason, there is a problem with an item*, just notify me within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt for return instructions authorization.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
Return accepted if you are not completely satisfied: Seller MUST be contacted FIRST, before making return. Buyer MUST NOTIFY SELLER within 48 hours of receipt that you wish to return item. Returned item(s) must be received back in the same original condition that they were sold and shipped to you. You will be refunded purchase price minus original shipping charge. Buyer also pays return shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Return policy is the same as Domestic policy.
I do everything within my power to wrap and ship safely. However, I am not responsible for an item once it leaves my hands, and have no control over third party handling (International Postal System). Therefore, REFUNDS will NOT be issued on NON- RECEIVED Internationally shipped items.
