DOMESTIC: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Standard shipping time for orders within the U.S. is 2 - 3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipments generally take approximately 6 - 10 business days to arrive. However, due to customs, these shipments can sometimes take longer.
International orders may incur additional taxes/duties upon arrival at your country's customs office. Maple & Cotton is not responsible for reimbursing the buyer for taxes, duties or VAT in any way - all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
In the event that your package is returned back to Maple & Cotton by the US Post Office you will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase after receiving it, please contact us so we can find a solution. Please note the 72 hour window to contact us regarding issues with your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PRINTS: Should the print get damaged in transit we will gladly replace it upon exchange. You must alert us of the damage within 48 hours of package arrival. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PLUSHES: We accept returns within 30 days for undamaged items. A refund will be issued after we receive the returned item(s). Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipment costs.
LOSSES: All our packages have a USPS tracking number attached to it. If you package has not arrived you must contact your local USPS office. Typically the package is delayed due to the volume the local office is managing, or due to local weather.
