We send all of our items out by Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service will insure your items up to the value of £20 and we will always get proof of postage. If you would like your items send by a different or faster service just get in touch.
Our aim is to dispatch items within 1-2 working days, however during busy periods this may take a little longer.
Where possible we use recycled packaging, this also helps keen our P&P costing as low as possible. If this is something you are not happy with, please do contact us prior to ordering.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Please contact us if you have any problems with your items. If you wish to return your item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, you then have to return it you us, in an unused condition, within another 14 days. We advise sending this tracked to ensure its safe return. Please note, unless the item is faulty or incorrect will do not cover return postage.
If you would like a different quantity (larger or smaller) or a different colour combination then please get in touch and we will do our best to suit your needs.
