We will ship your purchase to you First Class Mail.
International: The United States Post Office can not track packages once they leave the United States unless you use Express International Flat Rate which will cost more than the amount I have in the listing. I will give you a quote upon request.
As a result, I will and can not be responsible for international shipments after I have mailed them. I can provide proof of mailing but cannot offer a tracking number unless you pay for Express International Flat Rate Shipping. I ship internationally almost everyday without using Express and I rarely have a problem. 99.9% of the time, all goes well.
For embroidery customers: I quote about a week for production time, but it is often faster depending on the volume of orders. If you need a rush, please let me know before you place your order.
I do my best to calculate the shipping costs. If I have calculated the shipping on your order with the difference of the amount paid and the actual shipping cost of more than $1.00 I will refund back to you the difference.
Please pay within 3 days from the time of your purchase. We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible!
