Although picture frames are not truly too expensive and there is a plethora of them available in discount stores as well as fine department stores...We still have a longing in our hearts for just the right one. In my palatial home, I want everything ornate. I always say I am a curly person...I want my furniture and embellishments to dip and curve and basically have some interesting motion...not to mention gilded and elegant. With that in mind, let's take an ordinary picture frame and see how to embellish it making it into a mildly ornate (all in good taste) frame.

Gather together the items you wish to embellish your frame with and set yourself up a spacious area in which to work. Let's get started shall we?
