All orders are double-checked by several staff members before shipping to ensure accuracy. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated as accurately as possible by the United States Postal Service or UPS. We can accommodate you if you prefer Express, Next Day, or 2 Day Shipping (additional charges will apply.) For customers outside the US, please consider Express Priority if you would like your package insured and tracked.
Any shipping charge overages greater than 1.00 will be refunded back to your Paypal account when we ship your order.
We currently accept all credit cards, as well as Paypal for all orders, and charge 6.25% sales tax for Massachusetts residents only.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want you to be completely satisfied! Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind.) We cannot refund shipping and handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Due to certain copyright laws, patterns, books and magazines can not be returned, no exceptions.
