SHIPPING ADDRESS: I will ship your package to the address listed on your Etsy account by default. If you would like me to ship to another name and/or address, please let me know in the buyer notes upon purchase.
SCHEDULE: I will ship your package within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment.
US BUYERS: All packages to US addresses will be shipped via USPS First Class. I will include tracking information at no additional fee. Insurance is available at an extra fee. Please contact me BEFORE purchase if you wish to add insurance.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All packages to addresses outside of the USA will be shipped using USPS First Class International. Shipping times vary based on destination and may take 2-4 weeks. Please note that tracking and delivery confirmation are not included automatically with international packages. Certificate of mailing, Registered Mail, delivery confirmation, tracking, and insurance may be added for most destinations at additional fees. Please contact me BEFORE purchase for a price quote for these services. I highly suggest purchasing additional shipping services since I am not responsible for lost, stollen, delayed, or damaged packages.
All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.
INSURANCE: Insurance is available at an extra fee. Please contact me BEFORE purchase for a price quote. I strongly suggest purchasing insurance since I am not responsible for any packages lost, damaged, or delayed by the postal service. You waive the right to file a Paypal Protection or Etsy claim if you did not purchase insurance.
PAYMENT METHODS: I prefer payments to be made through PAYPAL; however, I also accept credit/debit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout. I also gladly take Etsy gift cards! You can pay with a credit or debit card through Paypal without having or setting up a Paypal account. Please contact me if you need assistance.
PAYMENT TIMEFRAME: Payment must be received within 48 hours of ordering or the item will be relisted. I will not be responsible for creating an identical item for you should an item be relisted and purchased by someone else due to nonpayment within 48 hours.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will only be accepted if an item has obviously been misrepresented, you receive an incorrect item (which should not happen), or an item arrives damaged.
I do my best to describe and photograph all items accurately to give you a 100% true idea of what you are purchasing. If you have any questions about an item or if I have not included certain details you have questions about, please contact me BEFORE purchase. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have!
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify me within 5 DAYS of receiving the item. Please include a photograph of the item. If one is not included, I may ask for one. In the case of an incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by me and the correct item will be shipped free of charge to buyer. I am not responsible for items that are damaged by postal carriers.
RESERVE ITEMS: I will reserve items and keep them posted for 3 days, unless other arrangements have been made between the buyer and myself).
