Hello! I ship by the most economical methods available to keep your cost down. However, economical usually means the slowest method. If you are in a hurry please get in touch with me to arrange for a faster shipping method, additional shipping charges may apply.
US Customers Most orders shipped to the US are light packets and are shipped by air mail. Any packets weighing more than 200g (which isn't much) will be shipped by surface. Expect your item to arrive between 6-10 business days.
International Customers: I am shipping from Canada. For items being shipped overseas I will ship your order by ground shipping and this can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. If your order is light and small it will be shipped by air mail and will arrive in as little as 6 days
Canadian Customers: I am shipping from Toronto, Ontario, so please allow extra time for your item to arrive if you live on the west coast or in rural areas.
Sometimes there are hiccups in the postal system. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, and customs hold-ups occur. I always ship your items as soon as I can, but if there is a delay on my end I will let you know. I can't be held responsible for things outside my control.
Payment is due 5 days of date of purchase. I accept paypal and money order. If you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
