This listing is for three one ounce batts of 100% Tunis Sheep wool. Each batt is tied with a yarn sample of what the wool will look like when it's spun up. This wool is from Tunis Sheep born and raised on our farm. Tunis fleece is a wonderful soft light weight fiber and best known for it’s versatility. It is suitable for all fiber techniques from knitting, crocheting and weaving. It also needle felts well but doesn't wet felt as well as other wool.

The color is limited to ivory or cream although when the lambs are born they have a double coat of red fiber on their bodies to protect them from the elements. As their wool grows it lightens but they retain red legs, heads, and ears. They are wonderful docile animals with fiber that is a dream to process. The fiber is 24 to 30 microns with a long-stapled length of 4 to 6 inches.

The fiber was hand sheared and hand processed on our farm. It was hand washed using a small amount of mild detergent, air dried and then hand carded using my Ashford Drum Carder. I try very hard to eliminate all debris from my fiber but due to hand processing there may be slight traces present.

I ship USPS Priority mail within 1 to 3 business days of payment. All my products are mailed in boxes to help ensure your product arrives to you undamaged.

Please understand that once your package is shipped, I don't have control of how long it takes to arrive to its destination.

To cancel your order, please contact me right away (within six hours of ordering). I cannot cancel shipped orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if a package is not delivered for any reason (to include incorrect shipping address provided by buyer) and is sent back to me. The buyer is responsible for all costs resulting in the reshipment of their purchase. Also, once the order is shipped and out of my possession, I am not responsible for lost or damaged orders.

Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact me through e-mail within 7 days of your received delivery. I accept returns but I do ask that the buyer pay shipping both ways. Please note that your purchase must be returned in the same condition that it was received before a refund is given.
